Here, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Website”, “Site”, “System”, “Platforms” includes (All Social Media, Mobile App, Wearable Technology) will refer to SERVANT and “You”, “Your”, “User” will refer to Customers and Visitors.

The Terms and Conditions elaborated on this page directly impact the manner users use SERVANT’s website and any content available on the Platform. All orders placed on the site or the other platforms presuppose the acknowledgment of the Terms and Conditions by the ordering customer and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you, as a customer or user of the Platform, are expected to carefully go through all the following details. 

By accessing, visiting, and using the site’s services, content, and other resources, you consciously agree to the Terms and Conditions stated on this page. If you deny conforming to any or all of the conditions or clauses mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, you are advised to stop using our site and platforms right away.

www.servantuniversal.com own’s all content, resources, and materials available on site and platforms solely unless we state otherwise. We allow selected third parties to establish links to existing text or content available on the site only if they explicitly acknowledge the source of origin. We strictly prohibit any types of partial or total modification or reproduction made to any existing resource or content of this site. We may also terminate the site or platform users’ accounts if they infringe on third-party copyrights.

Our Terms and Conditions state clearly that any form of text, recorded audio, images, videos, or other original resources you choose to publish on the site or the platform will be deemed as your content. With this action, you give us a globally non-exclusive and irrevocable license to view, use, translate, reproduce, distribute, outsource and publish among other chosen media. We will use the content for legal issues if required.

Your Content must be exclusively owned by you, meaning, it cannot violate the copyright of any third party. We reserve the right to omit, change or alter your text or resources at any time without prior notice.

Termination of Usage

SERVANT reserves the right to change, modify, alter or extend these terms and conditions or stop or terminate a user’s visit to the site or the platform at any time without prior notice if we deem it necessary because of the user’s suspicious activities or violation of any of the terms, conditions or privacy policies of the site. In every case of change or alteration of these terms and conditions, the latest revised version will apply.

Your Interactions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we will not be held responsible for any possible damage or harm you may experience due to your interactions with other users of the site or platforms.

We’d strongly suggest you take precautions during the occasion of interacting with other users (that includes strangers as well) on the site and platforms. We are not obligated to get involved with any user disputes but may do so at our discretion.

To the highest extent allowed by relevant laws, we are not liable or can be held responsible for user content posted on the site or platforms. 

We do not guarantee that the site or platforms will always be error-free, uninterrupted or defects will be fixed or will be free from viruses or things that are harmful. 

Regarding Products: We cannot guarantee that the products appearing online will look the same as the purchased product due to the variations and different configurations of displays of personal computers and hand-held devices. However, we make every effort to maintain a close match. 

If you find the ordered product not as described on the website, it is your responsibility to return it immediately to the delivery assistant without tearing any sticker attached to the product package.

The illustrations, weights and dimensions of the products listed in the catalog are purely informative unless otherwise mentioned as binding.

The products and services sold from the site and platforms are only for your use and not for resale.

Regarding Inaccuracy: There might be information appearing on the website containing inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions regarding product descriptions, availability, and pricing. We have the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, changes or updates of information at any time without giving prior notice (even after our customers have submitted their orders). 

We always try to provide the latest, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website and platforms. However, we apologize for any unintentional human errors if they ever occur and we promise to fix them within the fastest possible time. Please note that we present our content as is and make no claims for its accuracy, either implied or expressed. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order (if you need to) when our customer service agent calls you over the phone to confirm your order and the delivery address you’ve provided. Please note that once you have reconfirmed the order to our customer service agent, you can no longer cancel the order until the delivery agent reaches your delivery address with the product.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

We guarantee that the price as of the purchase date will remain valid until the delivery date. This means you will not be charged higher if the price of your ordered product(s) or service(s) increases after you have placed your order; also no adjustment shall be made if the price decreases from the order price.

We reserve the right to change or modify the pricing of our products and services without prior notice and can change or close the offer(s) at any time without any prior notification.

Delivery

The ordered product(s) will be delivered to customers according to the following timeline:

**Urgent delivery is not available on Fridays and govt. holidays.

***International delivery cost depends on the country of location and the parcel’s weight or size. Contact our service center to get an estimated international delivery cost.

For any reason whatsoever, if our authorized agents fail to deliver your ordered product(s), you will receive a refund as per the timeline agreed by your respective bank. However, standard timing may take 14 (fourteen) business days for the refund to reflect on your credit/debit card,  bank account or to receive the cheque.

If due to any technical problem, we unintentionally deduct your payment without your confirmation and the delivery of your desired product(s) is delayed, please inform us about the incident with your order number and details of product selections. After validating your complaint and upon obtaining confirmation from the respective bank as to the payment, our authorized representatives will deliver the ordered product as soon as possible.

We will be using a reputable third-party delivery organization/person/agent to deliver your ordered product(s) at your given address. The cost of delivery will be borne by the buyer/customer (if applicable). Such delivery costs will be added to the price of the particular product(s) at the time of selection of the product(s) for ordering.

As a responsible retailer, we will try our level best to deliver your orders within a specific schedule (mentioned above; as decided by the delivery type chosen by you). This schedule may vary in case of any unavoidable circumstances (please check the Force Majeure section).

If you provide incorrect personal data or shipping addresses during the purchase process, we shall not be liable for the non-delivery of goods/products.

If our delivery agent does not find anyone available to receive the ordered products at the given delivery address, the agent will make multiple phone calls to the phone number provided by the customer. If the customer is unreachable, the agent will leave the delivery address with the product. We will try to deliver the product on the next business day and if we are unable to do so, the order will be deemed to be cancelled. The customer needs to order again to get the product.

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

You will be asked to provide information for order verification including (but not limited to) your phone number, address and order ID before the order is accepted.

To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of customer payment details before providing the product and to verify the personal information shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. Failing to answer any questions regarding these matters may automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 working days. We reserve the right to proceed with the direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of any error or technical issue. In the event of such, we will either contact you with further instructions and/or may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed or if your credit card has been charged.

Receiving Incorrect Quantity and Product Mismatch at Delivery


If you receive the wrong products or an incorrect quantity, you must provide an unboxing video of your delivered package(s) to support your claim. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or adjust your order accordingly.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, we may have to limit the number of products available for the customers to purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available at any time. There might be cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons including the lack of stock. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time and if payment has been successfully made by you, then you will get the refund accordingly.

Limitations of Liability

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount that the Customer has paid for any particular product.

We do not accept any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss/damage, loss of data, loss of income or profit, damage to property, force majeure situations, failure/delay due to technical errors or unavoidable circumstances and/or claims by third parties for the use of the site or any product purchased.

Applicable law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Bangladesh.
